We are looking for a Financial Adviser to act as an intermediary between our company and customers. You will build, develop and maintain your clients by managing their needs and expectations, and providing tailor-made solutions. You will provide our clients and prospects with financial guidance and make recommendations on how to best utilise their money while keeping in mind our company mission of simple, impartial advice. You will advise on products, services matching the clients needs and identify cross selling opportunities.
We are looking for a motivated individual who will build their own team and expand international business focusing on new customers. It is imperative that you have experience in a similar role as you will be responsible for all aspects of your teams’ welfare from training through to discipline.
Candidate entry requirements
- UK Level 4+ qualified
- 5 years proven working experience as a Financial adviser or relevant experience
- Have an excellent speaking voice
- Between 2 and 8 years telephone sales experience
- Ability to analyze market’s financial data and to provide appropriate data-based advice
- Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team
- Successful, hard-working and target-driven
- Looking to move abroad or UAE based
- Preferably have a driving license
- No criminal record
- UK or European passport holder
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services
- Assess client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid financial plan
- Guide clients towards a profitable and secure financial decision
- Keep abreast of new industry’s trends and research market to back up financial consulting
- Oversee the course of the financial plan and update it, if necessary, to ensure profits
- Comply with all industry rules and regulations internationally
- Be very technically experience in investment portfolio advisory
- Manage and train junior recruits looking to step into similar role
