Business Development Manager

Work activities

As a Business Development Manager, you will be working along side one of our International Wealth Managers providing advice to clients around the world.

You will complete a 3 year training program to gain the necessary experience and industry recognised qualifications to advance into a Wealth Manager role.

This role is based in Dubai and a typical day will consist of:

• Calling prospective clients
• Booking meetings for a Wealth Manager
• Servicing existing clients
• Dealing with financial institutions
• Developing your knowledge base of international financial markets, products and services

Income, benefits and commission

• Probation salary of 2,000 GBP pcm
• Totally uncapped commission earnings
• Tax free income
• Target earnings: 75k yr1, 110k yr2, 150k yr3 GBP
• UAE residency visa, accomodation, work permits & personal medical insurance costs included
• Internationally recognised qualifications from Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments (CISI)

Candidate entry requirements

• Have an excellent speaking voice
• Telephone sales or direct marketing experience
• Looking to move abroad
• Between 2 and 8 years sales or direct marketing experience
• Over the age of 21 (due to certain UAE laws)
• Preferably have a driving license
• No criminal record
• UK or European passport holder
